We all owe Jay Weintraub a ton of gratitude for his vision and his hard work in making this conference a reality. Everyone who attended extracted multiple dimensions of value. However, when building a tradeshow franchise, seldom is the first year a home run for the founder. We all need to thank Jay and offer encouragement for him to continue this conference for many years to come with the promise that the bigger it becomes, the more he will be rewarded.
