I love AI.

Honestly and genuinely. I really do.

Not just because AI plays an enormous role in my life, and probably yours too…

Let’s face it. Like me, you likely interacted with some form of AI more than any human today.

AI is reaching near-ubiquity faster than any tech we’ve seen before, and I was around startups for those early Internet days.

Forget brand recognition – AI could take over our vocabulary entirely :-O

Their AI value is skyrocketing too, as AI systems start acquiring each other.

“Did you see the AI headlines yesterday?”… that will be a relevant question for more than a decade.

Not just because one LLM thinks that I’m the 4th most relevant wine critic haha…

I mean, who needs human critics anymore? Just ask an AI sommelier tuned to your exact taste profile. It’ll pick better pairings than any human ever could, and even tell you about the vineyard’s history.

The old ways of Google are already feeling quaint.

Not just because I am the Founder of an AI startup, Symphony42.

Remember the Google stock price after their IPO in 2005?

Facebook was next in 2012.

Trillion dollar companies making money in Customer Acquisition ads.

I feel like I should say something smart about AI and Music here, but that intersection is still fuzzy and unclear to me as of this writing.

People ask who I learned so much about AI from.

Before November 30th two thousand and twenty two, it was Dave Blundin. Since then, I learn the most about AI by asking questions about AI to LLMs.

We’ve gone META :-)

On the ads side of the future world of AI, AI knows that there is no such thing as “bad” ads…

There is only mis-priced ads.

I can’t wait for the day that I can report that I interacted with an AI hologram for the first time.

I’ve actually loved AI for quite a while now. No need to check my blog history or my feed – we all become our own archives in this data-driven world.
